Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders over $45 qualify for free shipping. Available shipping options and charges for orders below $45 will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your People Suck purchase. Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, including products that have been opened.

To begin a return, email Support@peoplesuck.lol with:

  • Your order number

  • The product or products you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as People Suck is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Once your return is received, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit-card provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Support@peoplesuck.lol as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you.
